  • Dunhill Terminals retained Gulf Atlantic Capital as its financial advisor to address liquidity issues after cost overruns stalled its terminal expansion project.
  • Gulf Atlantic Capital evaluated the capital required to complete the project and negotiated with the existing senior lenders to continue to fund the project while alternative capital sources were pursued.
  • Identified a private equity sponsor to recapitalize operations.  Developed the transaction structure and directed negotiations between the investor, lenders and shareholders to facilitate a transaction.
  • The transaction was structured as a note sale between the lender and investors with additional funding being made available to the Company under the note.
